REICHERT, JAMES B.

James Barnum Reichert, 70, of Westwood, California, senior research specialist for Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, passed away May [23], 1995. Jim worked for the Skunk Works from 1977 to present and made major material technology advancements for several aircraft programs, including the F-117A Stealth Fighter. Jim was a World War II veteran, helicopter test pilot, aviation and sailing enthusiast, and multiple patent holder/inventor. Jim has no surviving immediate family. However, Jim’s many co-workers, aviation and boating colleagues, and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, July 22, 1995, 11:30 a.m. at Los Angeles National Cemetery, 950 South Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles.
