PARLETTE, JAMES D.

ADRIAN – James D. Parlette, 55, of 2681 Sharon Dr., died this morning [October 30, 1980] at Bixby Hospital shortly after admission.

He was born Sept. 15, 1925 in Dover Township, to John Jessie and Irma (Lusk) Parlette. On June 22, 1946, he married Fern Inglehart. She survives.

For most of his working life, Mr. Parlette was associated with the Anderson-Morse Lumber Co. in Adrian. He retired from Spielman’s in April of this year due to ill health. Mr. Parlette served in the Marine Corps during World War II in the South Pacific.

Surviving besides his widow are two sons, James Samuel Parlette of Fort Worth, Tex. And Mark Parlette of San Antonio, Tex.; and two daughters, Mrs. John (Cynthia) Finch of Hickory Corners and Mrs. Brian (Sally) Walker of Detroit.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Braun Bros. Funeral Home in Adrian.
