Milligan, Neal F., 89, retired Cessna security passed away March 7, 2011. Neal loved photography. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Alta Milligan; brothers Ralph, Judson, Max; sisters Ruth and Kathryn. His survivors are wife Anna; sons Jack (Kathleen), Danny (Christine); daughters Kelley (Michael) Humphries, Margaret Looney; grandchildren Richard (Laura), Mark, Jeff, Jacqueline (Adam), Nicholas (Merriam), Shawn (Josie) Kevin, AJ and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation is Wed. 5 to 7 pm at Resthaven Mortuary and graveside service 3:00 pm Thursday, March 10 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
