MALIK, EDWARD F.
Edward F. Malik. 48, 754 Rockford Drive, died in Mercy Hospital at 5:10 a.m. Monday [February 28, 1972]. He had been in ill health since December. Mr. Malik was a former resident of St. Louis, Mich. and had lived in Hamilton two years.
He was born in Breckenridge, Mich., the son of Matthew and Lucille Malik. He received a degree in business administration from Alma College, Alma, Mich. Mr. Malik was a bond supervisor for the Ohio Casualty Insurance Co., was a member of Front St. Presbyterian Church and was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nancy Smazel Malik; three daughters, Miss Christine Malik, Jackson, Mich.; Miss Nancee Malik and Miss Audrey Malik, both at home; one brother, Frank Malik, Alma, Mich.; and one sister, Mrs. Lee (Mary) Lytle, Freeland. Mich.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday morning at the Front St. Presbyterian Church. Services will be held Thursday from the Whiting Funeral Home, Breckenridge, Mich. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, Mich. Friends may call at the Whiting Funeral Home Wednesday evening. Webb Funeral Home, Ross Ave. and S. D St., is in charge of local arrangements. No local visitation.
