WASHINGTON, Aug. 20—(AP)—The Navy announced today that two men from West Virginia had died while on duty.

They were John O. Lewis [July 20, 1943], of the Marine Corps, son of Mrs. Julia Lewis of Eccles, and Fred Mahon, son of Rush Mahon of Ragland.
