JUSTICE, FRANCIS M.

Francis (Frank) Justice, 67, died April 2 [1990] at Akron City Hospital.

He was born June 25, 1922 in Akron, and lived most of his life here. He was a trustee for the Better Business Bureau, a scuba-diving instructor in the Akron area, and was formerly with the Sheriff’s Department with Underwater Recovery and G.I.A. Institute of California. He was owner of F. M. Justice Jewelers for the past 30 years, and a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Lucille; daughter, Connie Brown of Van Nuys, Calif.; sisters, Irene Arsenault of Costa Grande, Ariz., Kathleen Griffith of Tyler, Texas; grandchildren, Charles Brown II of Ft. Bragg, N.C., Courtney Smith of Van Nuys, Calif.; great-granddaughter, Brianne Smith of Van Nuys, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saurday at the Stampfle Funeral Home, 682 E. Buchtel Ave., with calling hours Friday, 5 to 9 p.m. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. Should friends desire, donations may be made to the Heart Fund or your favorite charity.
