IMUS, ELMER P.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Tucker Funeral Home in Kingman for Elmer P. Imus, 56, who died at the Winslow Memorial Hospital Friday, Feb. 17 [1978]. Burial was in the Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman.

Mr. Imus was a construction superintendent for Roidan Construction Company, a sub-contractor for M.M. Sundt Construction Company, prime contractor for the I-40 bypass. He was born in January, 1922 in Los Angeles, and moved to Kingman as an infant with his parents. He had lived most of his life in Kingman and was a deputy sheriff there before going into construction work.

Survivors include one son, Larry, of Kingman; two daughters, Carol Cofer, of Kingman and Diana Adams of Phoenix; and six grandchildren.
