Suddenly, on Feb. 15, 1984, John W. Garr of S.W. Philadelphia, beloved husband of Sarah F. Abbott, devoted father of Walter W. Johnston, Bert C. Johnston, Emily M. Kelly, Michael and John Garr; also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a brother Vince. Interment at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by King Funeral Home.
