FLAMISCH, JOHN T.
John T. Flamisch Sr., 69, of 6425 Jacksonville Road, Bath, died Sunday [February 7, 1993] in St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Sylvia (Musseman) Flamisch. They were married 46 years last March.
Flamisch was an electrician at Keystone-Portland Cement Co., Bath, for 35 years, retiring in 1985. He was also a Philco service and repairman, 1951-71.
Born in Bath, he was a son of the late Joseph and Julia (Steiner) Flamisch.
He was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bath, and its choir.
He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and received the Purple Heart.
Survivors: Wife; daughter, Rosanne, wife of Kenneth Heckman of Bath; sons, John T. Jr. of New Egypt, N.J., and David J. of Bath; brothers, Joseph of Youngstown, Ohio, and William of Nazareth; sisters, Rose, wife of Albert Meckes, and Emma, both of Northampton, and eight grandchildren.
