HOUSTON – Frank M. Downes, 69, of Nassau Bay died Tuesday [March 17, 1992] at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston.

Services are at 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Nassau Bay. Visitation is after 6 p.m. today at Jack Rowe Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
