FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP)—Patrolman Ralph King, 39, of Taunton, drowned yesterday [May 4, 1964] when a rowboat capsized on the choppy waters of South Watuppa Pond. John Hickey, 28, of Taunton, was rescued after the boat overturned and tossed him and King into the water.
