CABELL, HEWITT L., III
Hewitt Lee “Bud” Cabell, 75, of Enterprise, formerly of Charleston, W.Va., died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, in Enterprise after a long illness. He was a retired building contractor and an antique dealer. He was born in Charleston and moved to central Florida in 1969, was an Episcopalian, a member of the Carlson Marine Raiders in World War II and a recipient of the Purple Heart. Surviving: wife, Mary Cabell; sons, Andrew Cabell of Fremont, Calif., Hewitt L. Cabell IV, of Charleston; James B. Cabell of Norway; daughter, Florence Green of Atlanta, Ga., Martha Julia Cabell of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; sister, Lucy Jenkins of Washington, D.C.; brother, James Cabell of Orlando, Fla. Service was to be today in Florida. The family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of choice.
