BUSBY, ALFRED E.

First Lt. David Goldwater of the United States Marine Corps has been wounded in action in the Pacific Theater of war, according to a Navy Department release received here today. He is the son of Rube Goldwater of Reno and is well known here.

Three other Nevada men and one from northern California have also been announced as casualties by the Navy Department.

Pfc. Alfred E. Busby of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve was listed as killed in action [July 22, 1944]. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Busby of Las Vegas.
