Clyde Thomas Wright, Sr., age 87, of Lawrenceville passed away Sunday, August 30, 2009. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Savage officiating. Burial East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens, Lawrenceville. A member of Central Baptist Church in Lawrenceville and a retired residential and commercial painter, Mr. Wright was a WWII Marine veteran and is survived by: wife of 58 years: Billie Joe “B. J.“ Wright, Lawrenceville; children: Clyde Thomas Wright, Jr., Loganville; Yvonne Wright: Lawrenceville; niece: Jackie Lewis, Lawrenceville; brothers: Max Wright, Johnny Wright, Horace Wright, Dean Wright, sister: Sue Hughes, all of Rome; grandchildren: David Rawlins, Jon Thomas Kerns; special friend: Chelo.
