CLARK, CECIL H.

ANDERSON – Cecil H. Clark, 57, husband of Ruth Derrick Clark, of Rt. 9, Edwards Drive, died Sunday [October 15, 1978].

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late William Simms and Elsie Freeman Clark, a retired supervisor for J. P. Stevens & Co., a member of W. Whitner Street Baptist Church, a Mason of the Denver Lodge and the Hejaz Shrine Temple.

Surviving also are a son, Marion Eugene Clark of Taylors; daughters, Patricia Faye Vernon of Anderson and Donna Teresa Atkins of Abbeville; brothers, Harold Clark of Charleston, and W. S. Clark Jr. of Anderson; sisters, Mrs. W. A. Laudermilch of Paducah, Ky., Hazel Bishop and Dorothy Mize of Anderson, and Grace Bosdell of Clemson, and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
