PARKER, WILLIAM C.

LAUREL – Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel for William C. Parker, 66, of Laurel who died June 14, 1990, at South Central Regional Medical Center.

The Rev. Robert Cain, the Rev. P. T. Palmer, and the Rev. Bob Wilkerson will officiate.

Mr. Parker was a retired land manager for South Mississippi Electric Power Association. He served in the U.S. Marines in WWII. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Laurel. He was a member of the York Rite Masonic Bodies and the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, both in Hattiesburg. He was a 33rd Degree Mason. He was a member of the International Right of Way Association.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Rawson Parker of Laurel; two daughters, Deborah Griffin and Marsha Smith, both of Laurel; four sisters, Rushie Daley, Ruby Terrell and Nettie Daley, all of Bassfield, and Elsie Peden of Wynona; four grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 4:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
