OPPAMA, Japan. (AP)—Marine M. Sgt. William J. McDonald of Danville, Pa., was killed last night [October 1, 1956] when his automobile overturned in Yokohama.
McDonald was attached to a Marine Helicopter Transport Squadron station at Oppama. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Barbara, and three children, William, Jr., 6, Barbara Alice, 4, and Francis Patrick, 1, all living with McDonald in Japan, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank McDonald of 723 East Market Street, Danville.
