YANCEY, CHARLES B.

Services for Charles B. Yancey, 50, 4922 West 10th Street, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery at Greencastle. Mr. Yancey, born at Hymera, had lived in this area most of his life. He died Wednesday [April 4, 1973] at the West 10th Street Veterans Administration Hospital. A truck driver for Associated Transport Inc. the last seven years, he had been a member of the Teamsters Union 20 years. Mr. Yancey was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Madeline Yancey, and two sons, Ronald G. and Charles J. Yancey, both of Indianapolis.
