HEALY, FRANCIS B., JR.

Killed in action on April 4, 1945, at Okinawa Island, Corporal F. Bryan Healy, Jr., beloved son of F. Bryan Healy, Sr. and Alice M. Healy (nee League).

Funeral from his late residence, 3424 Dillon Street, on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Requiem High Mass at St. Brigid’s Church at 9 a.m. Interment in Baltimore National Cemetery.

Historian’s note: Cpl. Francis B. Healy’s brother, Pfc. Thomas K. Healy, USMC, was KIA 27 July 1944 on Tinian. They have adjoining graves in Baltimore National Cemetery.
