BUYAKOWSKI, STANLEY A.

Requiem high mass for Stanley A. Buyakowski, a veteran of World War II, will be sung Friday at 9 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Braddock.

Mr. Buyakowski, 328, died Monday [December 20, 1948] in Braddock General Hospital.

He served with the Sixth Marine Division nearly three years in the Pacific and was awarded two Bronze Star medals. After his discharge, he was employed as a salesman by the Wilmerding Bottling Co.

A member of Hilltop Post 819, American Legion, he lived at 416 Hawkins Ave., North Braddock, where friends are being received.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Stella Buyakowski, a brother, Alexander, of Harrisburg; and five sisters, Mrs. Margie Appman, of Massillon, O., and Mrs. Betty Hofecker, Mrs. Stella Walsh, Mrs. John C. Morgan and Miss Jennie Buyakowski, all of North Braddock.

Burial will be Braddock Catholic Cemetery.
