WADE, HERBERT E.
CUYAHOGA FALLS – Herbert E. Wade, 66, died Oct. 29, 1990.
Born in Akron, he was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. Mr. Wade had retired from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in 1981, with 25 years’ service. He was a member of Elliott Lodge 514 F&AM, and had been a Summit County deputy sheriff for 15 years.
He is survived by his wife, Frances E.; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon Lee and James Cottle of Marshallville, Mary M. and Michael Bodnar of Douglas, Ga.; grandchildren, Scott Cottle and Kelly Cottle, Jonathon Bodnar and Christiana Bodnar; sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia F. and Fred McNeal of Akron, Leona Mae and Aaron Loose of Arvada, Colo.; many nieces and nephews.
No calling hours. Private family services, Friday, 11 a.m. at the Eckard-Baldwin Funeral Home, Rev. Darris Malone officiating. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. The family suggests that memorials be made to one’s favorite charity.
