KING, CARL D.

Carl Dean King, Sr. 98, of Benton, died Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Conway Health and Rehab. He was born October 12, 1917. Carl was retired from The Benton Fire Department and a Marine Corps veteran serving during WWII.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda King, son, Larry King, eight brothers and five sisters.

He is survived by his son, Carl King, Jr. of Benton, two grandchildren, Phillip and Michael; ten great-grandchildren, Skyler, Alex, Mason, Gabby, Joseph, Jason, C.J., Kaycie, Anthony, and Hannah and one great-great-grandchild.

Cremation was through Ashby Funeral Home.
