HARE, CLARENCE W.
Visitation for Clarence William Hare, 65, who died Tuesday [August 20, 1991] at Washoe Medical Center, is scheduled from 3 to 9 p.m. today at O’Brien-Rogers and Crosby Funeral Home.
A native of California, he was born Oct. 1, 1925, and had been a Reno resident since 1972, coming from Lancaster, Calif.
Hare was a self-employed plumber, [and] a private in the Marine Corps, serving from 1942 to 1954. He was a member of Mason Golden Lodge 50, Order of the Eastern Star, Martha Chapter 5 and Plumbers Pipefitters Union Local 350.
Surviving are his widow, Marie of Sparks; son, Michael of Escalon, Calif.; daughters, Barbara Owen of Reno and Patricia Dunbar of Manteca, Calif.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial at Sierra Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
