FEDORAK, MICHAEL P.
Michael P. Fedorak Sr., 67, of 338 Danby Court died June 28, 1987, at St. Dominic / Jackson Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. Services are 2 p.m. today at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home chapel with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Fedorak, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., had been a resident of Jackson for more than 29 years. He received his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He was a retired national service officer for the Disabled American Veterans, where he had worked for more than 29 years. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II and received the Navy Cross for valor. He was an Episcopalian, a Mason, and a member of the American Legion, the Disabled American Veterans and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Betty Fedorak; daughter, Mrs. Sue Coleman of Crestview, Fla.; son, Michael P. Fedorak Jr. of Crawfordville, Fla.; five brothers; four sisters; five grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
