WIGGINS, JOE
Services for Joe Wiggins will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with Dr. Alton Fannin and the Rev. Terry Tolbert officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Wiggins was born to the late Lee Andrew and Edna Wiggins on May 17, 1920, at Bowie, Texas. He died in the Ada Hospital on Aug. 8, 2000.
He married the former Rosa Lee Morgan on March 10, 1944, at Guthrie. Mr. Wiggins served in the U.S. Marines during World War II. He was a retired Baptist minister, having pastored at Marsden, Zaneis, Roxroat, Lexington, Golden, Milo and at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ardmore. He had also worked for the Enon Baptist Association in special ministries. He had lived in Ardmore since 1985, coming from Golden, and moved to Ada in 1997. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Ada.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa Lee Wiggins, of the home; daughters, Ann Williamson and her husband, Royce, of Ardmore, and Donna Wiggins of Norman; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dr. Garland Clay, Kenneth Page, Eddie Almon, Dale Harris, Gail Harris and Mark Cunningham.

Services will be under the direction of Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Funeral Home.
