GLEASON, JOHN P.

John P. Gleason, beloved husband of Betty Gleason (nee Steinhauer); devoted father of Denise, Gary, Bernard, John, James, Patricia Polson and Robert Gleason; devoted grandfather of seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Died Tuesday, January 21, 1997 at the age of 70, residence Pierce Township. Friends may call at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home, St. Rt. 125, Amelia, Friday 6-8 p.m. Funeral service 9:30 a.m., Saturday, January 25, 1997. John worked in the electrical trade for 40 years, business agent of Local Union 101, and president of Local Union 212 for nine years. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.
