JOHNSON, WILLIAM G.

William G. “Bill” Johnson, 74, died Saturday, July 31, 1999, at NorthBay Medical Center after a short illness.

A native of San Jose, he lived 24 years in Suisun Valley and 5 years in Fairfield. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II as a member of the First Raider Battalion in the South Pacific. In 1975 he became a real estate agent and a broker in 1985, working in Fairfield. Memberships included the U.S. Marine Raider Association and Solano County Board of Realtors.
