BRYANT, EVERETT
Eighteen-year-old Pvt. Everett Bryant Jr.., of the U.S. Marine Corps, has been killed in action [July 20, 1943], according to a message received by his mother, Mrs. Mattie Lanpher, 208 East Rundell Street, from the government.
Pvt. Bryant had been in the South Pacific area for the past four months. Before entering the service he resided at the home of his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Finney Lanpher of East Rundell Street. His father, Everett Bryant, is a Pontiac resident.
