HENKLEMAN, WALTER M.
At least three persons drowned in separate accidents, two of them involving boats, in Washington state over the weekend.
Walter Henkleman, 45, North Bend, drowned Saturday [June 29, 1968] when he tried to swim to shore after his boat capsized in Mud Lake about 10 miles northeast of Snoqualmie. A companion, Howard Adcock, 49, also of North Bend clung to the boat for two hours before he was rescued by unidentified persons who heard his cries for help.
