GENTRY, CECIL E.

Services for Cecil E. (Jack) Gentry will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Harvey Chapel with the Rev. Harold E. Hall, pastor, Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Provence Cemetery.

Bearers will be Dan Nall, Bobby Nall, Bobby Joe Williams, Mose Love, Ray Love and Earl Love.

Gentry, 48, died Sunday [June 29, 1969] of an apparent heart attack while fishing north of Ardmore.

Gentry was born September 9, 1920, in Ardmore. He was a veteran of WWII, in the Marine Corps, and a member of D.A.V.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. W. F. Gentry, of the home; two sons, Paul and Dennis, and a daughter, Jacqueline, all of Plymouth, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Robert Crice, Corpus Christi, Tex.; and four brothers, Willard, Pleasanton, Tex., John, Laredo, Tex., L. C., U.S. Army, Germany, and Bobby, Ardmore.
