Services for Peter M. Katos, 47, of 5300 South Shore Dr., owner and operator of the Eagle Restaurant, 5311 S. Blackstone Ave., will be held at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow in St. Constantine Orthodox Church, 7351 S. Stony Island Ave. Mr. Katos died Monday [August 9, 1971] in Michael Reese Hospital. Surviving are his widow, Dolores; his mother, Mrs. Kate Katos; three sisters; and a brother.
