Reburial services for Cpl. Byron Kenward Sims, who was killed April 16,1945 on Okinawa, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Lamar & Smith Chapel, 800 West Jefferson. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park with military rites.

Sims, who lived at 827 South Edgefield, was 18 when he was killed. He was a graduate of Sunset High School.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Merle Sims, and a brother, Luther Lee Sims, both of Dallas.
