OUTLAW, WILLIAM E.
William E. Outlaw, 69, of Stockton died Thursday [June 30, 1994] in a Stockton hospital. A native of National City, Mr. Outlaw was a resident of Stockton for 18 years. He was a psychiatric technician supervisor at Stockton Developmental Center for 30 years. He was a Marine veteran of World War II in the South Pacific. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 803 and Seafaring Lodge No. 708 and state president of the California Society of Psychiatric Technicians.
Survivors: wife, Bette Outlaw of Stockton; children, Chyrell Lindquist of Cool, John Outlaw of Santee, William Outlaw of Lathrop, Linda Outlaw of Antioch and William Wilson and Cyndi Outlaw, both of Stockton; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday, DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St. Visitation: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, Monday and Tuesday. Burial: Pacific View Memorial Park, 2220 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach. Memorials: American Heart Association, 1212 W. Robinhood Drive, Suite 5-D, Stockton, CA 95207.
