O’TOOLE, THOMAS J.
Thomas Joseph OToole of White Sulphur Springs, N.Y., a retired furniture finisher and a thirty-five year area resident died Sunday, May 7, 2006 at the Elant Nursing Home in Goshen, N.Y. He was 83.
The son of the late John and Mary Ellen Ruane OToole, he was born January 3, 1923 in Manhattan.
Thomas had served Our Country in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II; he was a communicant of St. Francis R.C. Church, Youngsville, N.Y.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Dougherty OToole, at home; two sons, John OToole and his wife Joan of White Sulphur Springs, N.Y. and Thomas OToole, Jr. and his wife Christine of Monroe, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Colleen OToole-Barber and her husband Michael of Cochecton, N.Y., Thomas OToole and his wife Jennifer of Ithaca, N.Y., Erin OTool of Baltimore, MD, Thomas OToole of Monroe, N.Y. and Kelly OTool of Monroe, N.Y.; three great-grandchildren, Chloe Barber, Ellie and Kyra OToole.
Visitation will be Tuesday (today), May 9, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Harris Funeral Home West Street at Buckley, Liberty, N.Y.
Mass of Christian will be celebrated Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the St. Francis R.C. Church, Route 52, Youngsville, N.Y., The Rev. Ignatius Vu will officiate.
Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Youngsville, N.Y.
