ROCK HILL– Cole Brice Maddox, 60, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., died yesterday [April 22, 1970] in Columbia.

Funeral services will be Friday at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Greene Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Laurelwood Cemetery.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Gertrude Almeda Maddox; three daughters, Mrs. Aaron G. Clark of Charleston, Mrs. Raymond Portis of Hollywood, Fla., Mrs. Edmund C. Aldredge III of North Augusta; two sisters, Mrs. Oscar Wolfe of Rock Hill and Mrs. Lyle Gaston of Philadelphia, Pa.; a brother, M. G. Maddox of Jacksonville, Fla.
