MACK, PAUL C.

Paul Curtis Mack Sr., a retired boilermaker, died Saturday [June 12, 1998] of complications from diabetes at Metropolitan Hospice. He was 74. Mr. Mack was born in Mobile, Ala., and lived in St. Bernard Parish for the past 40 years. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Shrine Temple, Dominique You Masonic Lodge No. 468 in Yscloskey and Andrew Jackson Lodge No. 428 in Arabi. He was a parishioner of St. Bernard and San Pedro Pescador Catholic churches. Survivors include his wife, Albertine B. Owsley Mack; two sons, Paul Jr. and Marion Mack Sr.; a daughter, Patricia Olier; a stepson, Mark Yesso Sr.; two stepdaughters, Earleen Theriot and Angela Riley; six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at noon at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2809 Bayou Road, Kenilworth. Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, Miss. Professional Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
