(nee Fuja); loving father of Dr. Michael (Linda) Kowalik, Joan (Michael) O’Brien and the late Colette Kowalik; cherished brother-in-law of Stephene (the late Eldridge) Wall; dearest uncle of Janice, Judy and Bob. Visitation Friday 10:30 AM until time of funeral mass 11:15 AM at St. John of the Cross Church 5005 S. Wolf Road, Western Springs. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
